The DSR / SOR Rate Library Challenge

Maharashtra public-works tenders are priced against the Schedule of Rates (SOR) — DSR for CPWD, PMC SOR for Pune municipal works, PCMC SOR for Pimpri-Chinchwad, and the Maharashtra DSR for state PWD. These rate schedules are updated annually and contain 15,000+ line items each.
