"Do I need to be a civil engineer to join?"

No. We regularly train diploma holders, B.Arch students, architecture diploma graduates, and even commerce graduates who are moving into BIM-based quantity surveying rather than modeling. "Will I actually get a job after this?"

Placement assistance means structured interview preparation, resume support and introductions to hiring partners — it is not a guaranteed offer letter, and any institute promising a "100% job guarantee" without naming real hiring partners should be questioned. "What if I can only attend on weekends, or I work full-time?"

Weekend batches exist specifically for working professionals, and most students manage the workload alongside a full-time job, though it does stretch the total course duration compared to a weekday batch.

"Can I try before I commit to the full fee?"

Yes — a free demo class is the right way to check whether the trainer's teaching style, the lab setup and the pace suit you before paying anything. Ask for one before you enroll anywhere, not just with us.

"What happens if I miss classes or fall behind?"

This varies by institute and should be asked directly during your demo visit — specifically, ask about makeup class policy and minimum attendance requirements for certificate eligibility before you enroll, not after.

The One Question Worth Asking That People Forget

Ask to see an actual student's finished project file, not just a marketing brochure. A real Revit model with proper worksharing, sheet sets and a bill of quantities tells you more about course quality than any claimed placement percentage.
