We've written before about how BIM Diploma assignments are graded and what a typical classroom day looks like at our centres. What we haven't written about directly is who is actually teaching those classes — and at our Hadapsar centre, a number of recent, independent student reviews for Revit Architecture happen to describe women trainers, in students' own words, worth pulling together in one place.

Why This Is Worth Naming Directly

Civil engineering and BIM in India remain male-dominated fields at the workplace level, even as enrolment among women in engineering colleges has grown steadily. We've covered the career side of that gap separately in our piece on what a typical BIM Diploma day looks like, but one thing that rarely gets discussed is faculty representation itself — whether a prospective woman student can expect to learn from, and see herself reflected in, the people actually running the classroom. For a hands-on software course where you spend 848 hours in a lab environment across a diploma, that's not a minor detail.

What "Expert Guidance" Actually Meant in Practice

Reading past the general praise, both reviews point at something specific: solid Revit Architecture fundamentals built from the basics up, and course content that moved from foundational tools into advanced ones with real-world examples rather than staying abstract. That's consistent with what we've described in our own breakdown of the software and lab setup students actually work on at our centres — the same curriculum, delivered by different trainers across different batches, with students independently describing the same kind of practical, fundamentals-first teaching.

If You're a Woman in Pune Considering a BIM Career

We're not going to pretend a construction-tech career is free of the broader gender gap the industry still has — it isn't, and pretending otherwise wouldn't help anyone.
