Eight years ago I was a junior analyst writing SQL queries in Excel macros — if you'd told me I'd be running ABC's Data Science track today I'd have laughed. But that's exactly the path I take students down: from spreadsheets, to Python, to scikit-learn, to deploying a real model that an actual non-technical person can query. I split my week between our Wagholi (Pune) and Sangli centers, and the Sangli batch is honestly my favourite — Tier-2 students with hunger and zero ego, exactly the profile that gets hired fast once the skills are real. My curriculum is unfashionably hands-on. I don't believe in 40 lectures of pandas before the first project. By week 3 you have a deployed Power BI dashboard fetching from a SQL view; by week 8 you've trained, evaluated, and explained a classification model with proper cross-validation — not the toy iris dataset, real campaign data. I've delivered short courses for analytics teams adjacent to Persistent and Bosch Pune on TensorFlow productionisation, and I hold the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate.
