What types of corporate training does ABC Trainings offer?

We offer three formats: (1) Onsite at your workplace — trainer comes to your premises with portable lab equipment; (2) Classroom at ABC (Hadapsar, Wagholi, Osmanpura, CIDCO — 11 centres total); (3) Live online for distributed teams. All formats follow the same syllabus and assessment. Batch size: 5 to 30 per session.

Can ABC create a customised syllabus for our specific machines or software versions?

Yes. This is our most common request — Siemens S7-300 vs S7-1200 vs S7-1500, CATIA V5 vs V6, AutoCAD version-specific workflows. We adapt the curriculum to your exact toolchain and collect your machine drawings/models (under NDA if needed) to use as live lab material.

What is the minimum batch size for corporate training?

Minimum 5 participants per batch for a dedicated program. Smaller groups (1–4) join our running classroom batches, with the option to fast-track to specific modules. Weekend and evening batches are available for working employees.

Does ABC handle MSME / government-subsidy linked programs?

Yes. ABC Trainings is registered with MSME, Skill India, and affiliated with the Government of Maharashtra. We handle paperwork for NSDC, PMKVY, and state skill-development subsidies where your company or trainees qualify. Ask our corporate team for the current subsidy checklist.

Can freshers hired from campus be trained in bulk?

Bulk onboarding is our highest-volume corporate program. Engineering graduates and diploma holders are brought up to production-ready level in 4–12 weeks depending on domain (AutoCAD 4 wks, PLC SCADA 12 wks, SolidWorks 8 wks). We have trained onboarding batches for Thermax, Forbes Marshall, and several MIDC-based Tier-1 auto suppliers.

Where are the training centres?

11 centres across Maharashtra — Hadapsar (Pune HQ, near Magarpatta), Wagholi (Pune East), Osmanpura (Chh. Sambhajinagar/Aurangabad, 2 centres), CIDCO (Aurangabad, 2 centres), Sangli (2 centres), and Latur. Most Pune-corridor manufacturers in Hadapsar MIDC, Chakan, Ranjangaon and Hinjewadi are within 30 min of our HQ.
