About this role
We're hiring a Business Manager to lead branch operations and drive growth — owning sales, admissions, team leadership, and customer relationships at one of our centers.
What you'll do
- Sales and Marketing. Plan and execute strategies that grow admissions and revenue.
- Admissions Management. Own the admissions funnel from enquiry to enrolment.
- Business Growth. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the center's reach.
- Team Leadership. Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team.
- Customer Relationship Management. Build lasting relationships with students and parents.
- Budget Management. Manage budgets and resources to meet targets efficiently.
- Market Research. Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
- Reporting. Report on performance, admissions, and growth metrics.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, admissions, or business management (education industry preferred).
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
