About this role

We're looking for an HR / Recruiter to drive talent acquisition and day-to-day HR operations across ABC's training centers — from sourcing and screening to onboarding and compliance.

What you'll do

  • Recruitment. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Talent Acquisition. Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates across roles and centers.
  • Candidate Assessment. Evaluate skills, experience, and culture-fit to make sound hiring decisions.
  • Onboarding. Run smooth onboarding so new hires settle in and contribute quickly.
  • HR Administration. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Employee Relations. Support a positive, productive workplace and help resolve concerns.
  • Compliance. Keep HR practices aligned with labour laws and company policy.
  • Reporting. Track and report recruitment and HR metrics.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment and HR administration.
  • Working knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
