About this role
We're looking for an HR / Recruiter to drive talent acquisition and day-to-day HR operations across ABC's training centers — from sourcing and screening to onboarding and compliance.
What you'll do
- Recruitment. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Talent Acquisition. Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates across roles and centers.
- Candidate Assessment. Evaluate skills, experience, and culture-fit to make sound hiring decisions.
- Onboarding. Run smooth onboarding so new hires settle in and contribute quickly.
- HR Administration. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Employee Relations. Support a positive, productive workplace and help resolve concerns.
- Compliance. Keep HR practices aligned with labour laws and company policy.
- Reporting. Track and report recruitment and HR metrics.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Working knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
