Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineer / Trainer

About this role

We're hiring an Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineer / Trainer to deliver hands-on training in PLC & SCADA, AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB, embedded systems, PCB design, and EV technology — building job-ready industrial-automation and electronics talent.

What you'll do

• Training Delivery. Train students in PLC & SCADA programming, AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB/Simulink, microcontrollers & embedded systems, PCB design (OrCAD), industrial automation, and EV technology.
• Software Proficiency. Teach hands-on with PLC platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta), SCADA, AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB/Simulink, OrCAD, and embedded toolchains.
• Curriculum Development. Develop and update course content to current industrial-automation and electronics standards.
• Hands-On Learning. Run practical, lab- and project-based sessions on real panels, controllers, and boards.
• Assessment. Assess trainee progress and give clear, constructive feedback.
• Industry Trends. Keep training current with Industry 4.0, IoT, and EV / e-mobility advances.
• Mentorship. Mentor students toward project-ready, placement-ready competence.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in PLC/SCADA, automation, and electronics tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Teaching or training experience is a plus.
