I'm a Full Stack engineer turned trainer — seven years building production Java + React systems before I realised I enjoyed teaching the architecture more than shipping it. At ABC I run the Full Stack Java track at Hadapsar and the Web Development program at our Aurangabad Osmanpura center. My students are usually BCA, B.Sc IT, or Mech grads who've decided code is their way out — so I teach to that audience: real Spring Boot REST APIs deployed behind nginx, real React Query state management, real CI/CD on GitHub Actions, no sandboxed make-believe. Every cohort ships a deployed full-stack project to a public URL with their own GitHub commit history; that's the artefact that gets them hired, not a certificate. I've trained engineers from Persistent and KPIT teams on Spring Boot 3 microservice patterns, and I'm a vocal advocate for teaching Java *with* Spring from day one — the old approach of "core Java for 6 weeks first" wastes everyone's time. Aurangabad in particular is criminally underserved on Full Stack training; the talent is there, the local employers are there, but most institutes still teach Hibernate as if it's 2014.
